Are life jackets provided?
Free life jackets are available throughout the park at no additional charge. Life jackets are required for guests under 48″ in the wave pool.

Is parking at Raging Waters free?
Raging Waters offers multiple parking options, including Standard and VIP parking.

Where is the First Aid Station?
Over 150 Ellis & Associates trained and licensed Lifeguards are stationed throughout the park for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in splashdown pools. The First Aid Station is staffed by EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) and is open during park operating hours and special functions. They are all here for your safety and service.
The Raging Waters First Aid Station is located next to Speed Slides and is equipped to handle minor care emergencies.
What if I have a disability?
If you have a disability, please visit our Park Rules & Policies Page. Or please call us at (909) 802-2200 for information regarding accessibility and accommodations. They will share which rides and attractions are appropriate for your abilities and will help you make the most of your visit.
What is your chaperone policy?
We strongly suggest that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
Where are the best places to go with a toddler?
Raging Waters has the perfect place for every family member to have splashing good fun! Kid’s Kingdom is a 30,000 square foot water playground just for children, complete with a water maze and waterfalls. For first-timers to water park fun, there’s also The Little Dipper, with miniature slides, pools, and fountains.
Can I bring cell phones, cameras or GoPros on rides?
No. Cell Phones, Cameras, GoPros, or any other recording devices (photography or video) are prohibited on all rides to ensure the safety of our guests. Violation of this policy is subject to park dismissal.
Can we bring our own life jacket?
Guests are permitted to bring their own life jackets. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that only Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted for those under 48 inches in both Shipwreck and Thunder Bay Wave Pool.
Is my child safe in the water park?
We employ hundreds of lifeguards who have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides; however, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to babysit children. Always keep your child within arm’s reach, and if your child is in the water, you should be too.
What about my valuables?
There are lockers available in 3 main areas: upper pavilion, surf deck restrooms, and lower pavilion restrooms.

What happens if the weather is bad?
We reserve the right to close for any severe weather situation, or condition, which might interfere with our guest’s safety or enjoyment of the park. Weather is unpredictable and can pose certain health and safety hazards. In certain severe weather situations, the Park may shut down rides and direct people to certain areas or direct people to leave the park altogether. Please make sure to obey all Park instructions, if any are given.
Does Raging Waters allow smoking or alcoholic beverages?
No. Raging Waters is on County Property and is a non-smoking facility, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
When is the best time to visit Raging Waters?
If you’re looking for lighter crowds, May and early June are your best bet. However, a solid Pro Tip is to shoot for a Tuesday or Wednesday, since those days are usually slower.
Do I still have to pay if I'm not going to get in the water?
Yes. You must have an admission ticket to enter the park. Don’t worry, besides the thrills and chills of the waterslides, there are plenty of less daring attractions and family play areas. For guests with special needs, please call us at (909) 802-2200 for information regarding accessibility and accommodations.
What is your bag policy?
We allow one bag per guest with a maximum size of 15” x 15” x 15” into the park
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the parks. Coolers are not permitted to be brought into the park.
- Guests with special dietary needs or medical restrictions will be required to return to their vehicles to consume their specific food items. Coolers are not permitted to be brought into the park. Reentry to the park is allowed.
- Guests are not permitted to bring in factory- sealed water bottles. Guests are welcome to bring in empty water bottles/cups to fill at our designated filling stations within the park.
Who should Lost Parents report to?
Should you become separated from your party, make arrangements to meet at Guest Relations, located directly inside the Main Entrance. If you need assistance finding your child, please contact Guest Relations or any Raging Waters Team Member.

Cashless FAQ
Why is the park cashless?
The park has switched to a fully cashless system to provide a better, safer, and faster experience for our guests. Raging Waters now accepts electronic payments such as debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay only. Cashless transactions allow our food and retail lines to move much quicker, getting you back to the fun faster! It also provides a more secure environment for our staff and eliminates the hassle of carrying wet cash or losing coins in the park.
How can I pay for admission, food, and souvenirs?
Raging Waters is a cashless park. We accept Visa Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards at the Entrance Ticket Booths, Beach Shop, Surf & Swim, and all food locations. Admission tickets and season passes are also available for purchase online. Guests with cash will have free access to multiple easy-to-use Cash to Card kiosks conveniently located throughout Raging Waters.
Why is the property now cashless?
Going cashless will make transactions faster and safer, while cutting down on wait times.
Is everywhere on the property and/or in the park cashless?
Yes, the entire property is now cashless. There are multiple free-to-use kiosks throughout the property.
Where can I convert cash to a prepaid card?
We have several locations throughout the park where you can convert your cash

- Upper Pavilion
- Turtle’s Landing
How does the Cash to Card Kiosk work?
The kiosk works like a reverse ATM. Simply insert your cash, follow the on-screen instructions, and a prepaid card will be issued instantly with your funds loaded and ready to use.
How do I check the balance on my prepaid card?
There are several ways to check your balance. First, you can swipe the card and see the balance at any cash to card “ready credit” kiosk at Raging Waters. You can also call the number listed on the back of the card.
What do I do if the Kiosk takes my money but does not provide a card?
First, please be sure to take the receipt issued during your transaction at the Cash to Card Kiosk. This will list the amount of cash you deposited. Then, find the nearest associate; they will contact a supervisor to assist you. Guest Relations can help as well; they can be found near the front entrance. An associate will work with the card provider to resolve the error as quickly as possible, so you can get back to fun!
What if I overdraw/don't have enough money on the card for my purchase?
There are no penalties or fees if you attempt to make a purchase that is larger than the amount of funds on the card. You will need to provide another form of payment to complete the transaction or load additional money onto a new card.
Can I add additional cash to my prepaid card?
Prepaid cards cannot be reloaded. Instead, get a new prepaid card free of charge at a nearby Cash to Card Kiosk.
Where can I use the prepaid card?
The card can be used anywhere payments are made throughout Raging Waters. Outside of the park, it can be used at any location that accepts credit or debit cards.
Is my information safe at the kiosk?
The only piece of information we will ask for is your mobile phone number. This number is simply used to link you to your new prepaid card so that the card customer support team can assist you if your card is ever lost, stolen, or if you need help with your balance.
Is there a fee to use the cash to card kiosks and prepaid cards?
The Cash to Card Kiosks are free to use; there is no fee to load cash onto the prepaid card. If the card is used regularly, there is no recurring fee. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity, however, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
What forms of payment are accepted at the Cash to Card Kiosks?
Cash to Card Kiosks accept cash in the form of bills only. Coins are not accepted.
Do the kiosks accept coins?
No, kiosks accept paper currency only and do not accept coins.
How do I load my cash onto a prepaid card?
Raging Waters guests can transfer anywhere from $1 to $500 onto a prepaid card at several kiosks located throughout the park. This transfer process is free, and the card can be used throughout the park and any outside locations where credit or debit cards are accepted.
What types of payment does Raging Waters accept?
Raging Waters will solely accept electronic payments. These include all major credit and debit card providers (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and secure mobile payment systems (Apple Pay, Google/Android Pay, Samsung Pay). We do not accept cash; however, guests can transfer cash onto a prepaid card through a simple and safe process at several Cash to Card Kiosks located throughout Raging Waters.
Can I transfer my balance to another prepaid card
Balances cannot be transferred between prepaid cards. If you need assistance, please call the customer service number on the card.
Can I use multiple forms of payment for one transaction?
Some locations may allow split payments using multiple forms of payment. Please check with the cashier at the time of purchase.
Should I keep my receipt after using a kiosk?
Yes, guests are encouraged to keep their receipt in case there are any issues with the transaction or if assistance is needed.
What should I do if I experience an issue with a kiosk?
If you experience an issue, please keep your receipt and visit Guest Services immediately so a team member can assist you.
Why are you no longer accepting cash for payment?
By transitioning to only accepting electronic payments such as debit cards, credit cards, and mobile methods like Apple Pay, Raging Waters will provide a faster, safer, and more guest-friendly experience. Staff will spend less time handling cash and more time serving guests, reducing our reliance on this less secure method of payment.
What if I don't have enough money on the card for a purchase?
There are no penalties or fees if you attempt to make a purchase that is larger than the amount of funds on the card. You will need to provide another form of payment to complete the transaction or load additional money onto a new card.
What happens if I lose my prepaid card?
From the ready credit website: “If you believe your ReadyCARD® has been lost or stolen or that someone has accessed or may access money from your ReadyCARD without your permission, call us immediately at 1-800-506-0630.
When you call, please have the following information available:
Your card account number if you purchased a ReadyCARD, or the cardholder information for the lost ReadyCARD – (NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION NUMBER)
